I, too am not familiar although I've been a member for some time (>1yr). I look at the posts and get a headache. I'm old as dirt, dumb as a rock and have no idea what all the anacronyms are. I need (and will donate $) for step by step instructions how to really reset my Acer Iconia Tablet A500 to factory.
