hello, sorry for my english, thank you for version ICS Semaphore Script, but I noticed that after a reboot it back to its initial release, if I want to keep with ICS should I install the apk after each reboot

If this happens, you can copy the apk to /system/apps with any root explorer. Delete the other semaphore app there, and reboot.

I made a governor addon for the new feature made by stratosk in the conservative governor, allowing lower sampling rates.

As I was asked for, I made a first test version.

Features:
- very snappy conservative profile
- fast save_battery profile (conservative)
- slightly adapted ondemand40 for better battery life

Thank you, very good addon! I especially like the new snappy conservative governor.
One question: Are those governors compatible with Voltage Control, which I use for UV? I know that nstools mess around with Stratosk's ondemand tunables...

There is no mess , but it is maybe a problem with the order.

Voltage control creates an init.d script, that changes:
- min frequency
- max frequency
- governor without settings
- uv values

If you want to be sure, that nothing is messing around, try the uv addon from op.

I'm using infinity 2.2 with semaphore 1.11bm, but there is no semaphore app. Installed the apk in system/apps but no effect.

Any help?

I've been using the updated conservative profile since the day you posted and had a similar experience as I had with the conservative governour on MIDNIGHT-0.9.0 on the XWJW1 rom. So nothing to complain or report about.
Just switched to the ondemand40 this morning to test that one out. One question though, are you considering the adjust the VM and Kernel Tweaks profiles?

2. Test Version for governors. (There are several typos in v1 scripts, so ondemand40 was not working as expected. Sorry for that.)

Changelog v2:
- save_battery: reduced sampling_rate to 20000 (should be snappier)
- save_battery: increased up_treshhold to 98 (should be more battery friendly)
- save_battery: sampling_rate changed to 200000 when screen off (should be very battery friendly when screen off)
- ondemand40: reverted changes, back to default.
