My bad you could be right got to many phones I lose track what's going on, that's why did not take notice then. sorry about that.

Something of use

001 test: works fine no reboots in games and noticed the device stayed cooler (processer by camera) to the touch.

002 test: working fine so far no reboots yet

Will keep testing

my kernel wont cause a "factory reset"....

as for ur experience, well its ur experience
i just said this is my experience and you'll get more experience in google about data corruption when kernel get crash..., lots in xda. but normally, it only affect in /data or /cache area cause those area is in rw access as default, while /system won't affect because usually in r mode
WAS DEVELOPER SWIFTEXTREME IN XDA

Thanks I can't read.

BTW my findings are with stock values no overclocking. If you was directing that at me. Processers will heat up even on a stock out of the box device. Sadly no fans or liquid cooling for phones yet.

There can be no data corruption with those kernels. Even if something goes wrong, you can always use fastboot to recover.

For the love of Haruhi, don't PM me with questions. There are Q&A forums for that.
