Even though you posted a nice app, I was looking for an app that can dim beyond stock... Lol try lux its a good app

I was going to download it but I noticed it starts up at boot... decided against installing it. I hate apps that unneccesarily start at boot.

Screen filter is so much easier. Add a widget a tap. Simple. That lux has to many confusing options if you ask me.

And ironically I wish that Screen Filter DID start up at boot, so I wouldn't have to enable it @ 75% brightness every morning.
Best phones I've had in 18 years of owning a cell phone ...................
1994 Motorola MicroTAC First "compact" cell phone, ever. My first cell phone, ever.
2007 HTC Advantage First phone with a 5" screen, ever. Had a stylus, too.
2012 Samsung Note Brilliant 5.3" screen. Useable form factor. Decent UI. Stylus. Best phone, ever.

You're right. Lux is pretty cool. And it does go lower than the app I posted. Thanks. I'm trying it out.
