I really don't know...I personally haven't done anything to make it compatible

Well if you spot something in that department I can use I'd love to know about it. It is a global phone and needs to stay that way

I hear ya...its just hard with ports as they are GSM roms that we port to CDMA and as is lack the.dual option of both

The only reason its possible to port them is because.HTC makes mostly universal roms to.save.money that have both parts in them

Tbh I would most likely spend more time on it if I personally needed it to work on other.networks

Thankfully others do look into such things so there's always hope

I'm thinking at least with the HTC roms to have a patch released along with the roms to be able to go from cdma to GSM if needed, possibly one to revert as well. I wish it was as easy to switch modes as it is with AOSP roms. I know there's at least one more thing that needs to be switched cause the preferred network mode change isn't the only step, I've tried many times

If GSM support is needed for the global phone as you say, then you should stick to a stock ROM meant for said global phone.

IMO.

No it should be in all roms for this phone really. The stock rom sucks and everyone knows it. Hell switching from that pos rom is half the reason most people root this phone. They shouldn't have to sacrifice a basic function just because they want a better rom. You sir need to not be a dick
