Nice to see the 4.8" screen with the increased pixel count. It'll help me get over my depression that I can't get a Samsung Galaxy Note without going back to AT&T and losing my unlimited Verizon data plan.

The pentile display, plus the likely chance of it using the dual-core S4 processor when it comes to Verizon, makes me a disappointed dude.

agreed. Well, hopefully all the big names will still pick it up eventually.

In any case I think I'm going to milk my fascinate until it dies

I just upgraded my ROM to AOKP just so I can have something new to carry me for a while.. But I don't think I'm going to wait past June for a new phone..

Amen. I already feel like I'm getting a new phone every week or so.

One important question: Once the Samsung Galaxy S III is available from Verizon, how long will it be until there's an AOKP/Glitchy rom available for it that'll give me all the stability and control I now have over my Fascinate? Because until there is, I'm not sure I want to upgrade.

i would rather have a dual core with glitched aokp over a quad core with touchwiz. yea the quad would be nice, but its not going to be significantly better until things are optimized for it. by then it will be obsolete anyways and something new will be out.
