Unfortunately, I remember now what was the problem with this widget on the 5x4: when weather is sunny, the top of the sun is truncated (when it's cloudy, there is no problem.

Here is the screenshot of this version on 5x4 when it's sunny.
Could it be a problem of transparency of a part of the widget ?

Finally, I learned how to do it (thx for this opportunity), and did it (it's ok now):

I think I will like to play with my widgets

Mate I would definitely encourage you to mod more widgets. This weather widget is great! The stock blue background never goes with my wallpaper.

swiped from my Xperia arc when I should really be working.
Xperia Arc (Lt15I)
Relocked Bootloader, Stock .587, Stock Kernel (Given Away)
Xperia Arc S (Lt18a)
Relocated Bootloader, Stock ICS (Given Away)
Galaxy S III (GT-i9300)
Currently running: Sentinel Rom

Yes, it will. It's possible that I did this one on ICS, I don't remember. For info, another weather widget (that you can unfold) exists, from Xperia S, but you can't really make it transparent, as it's animated.

Thx. Thinking about that, it will do it again with the Xperia S widgets I installed...
