hey Luca, you will probably merge all the CM9 fixes but may I suggest definitley implementing these two:
-longer fetch times in the mail app
-fixing the gradient on the holo background

Hope uni is going well =)

Default Samsung reference and other

Hi Luca, looking in the folder "/preload/data/app" I found references to various apps installed in the original samsung firmwares like kiesair, polaris office and so on.
Why are them there? Is it safe to delete them all?
I deleted all except for the polaris office one (I have it currently installed in my phone) and so far, nothing bad happened.

Another one...
Is it safe to delete form the "System/app" the files "FileManager.apk" and "FileManager.odex"? (I use other file manager) or can you let the application manager uninstall them (in next relese)?

Thanks

One problem that I have is that when I charge the phone and turn it on (phone still charging), I lose my IMEI. This happens everytime I charge and turn on the phone. Does anyone else have this? ANd if so, do you know a fix?
Confirmed. Don't know how to fix. Also discovered on F1 AOSP ROM. After reboot without charge it's fine again.

Hi,

Is libsdl1.2-dev really a requirement, or will an earlier version work?

Ubuntu 10.04 LTE
Code:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libsdl1.2-dev: Depends: libpulse-dev but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages

Forget my post. The repos were messed up. Recreated these and dev package is now installed.

Getting time outs from git

Get git://github.com/89luca89/android_manifest.git
github.com[0: 207.97.227.239]: errno=Connection timed out
fatal: unable to connect a socket (Connection timed out)
github.com[0: 207.97.227.239]: errno=Connection timed out

How frustrating. Shall try again later.

No GS2 doesn't have NFC which is essential for beam.
