I must have a god phone or something. Most of the issues some people are reporting I'm not getting. I used Google navigation and had 10 sec GPS lock and directions updating as I drive without issues. Iirc I am hardware rev 3. Dunno if that has anything to do with it. But not having the issues I can't really look into it that much. I'm not saying those of you having issues are doing something wrong or anything. Just stating the fact that I can't really help with those.

I have been in your position on many roms. Then there were some roms where i had all kinds of problems that only a few had. I have a simple setup. I read the front page. I wipe everything, install apps from scratch and no apps2sd. Still I could not get some roms to work properly.

When you say "super stable", does that include the random reboots? I checked out Swipers latest, and I love it - aside from the random reboots. Far from "super stable".

The only trouble I have had with this ROM (CM9) is the same I have had with every every every single ICS ROM out there - camera issues. Some people say it works fine, but try taking 5-7 pics in one session.

After trying out AOKP, Swipers MIUI ICS and Decks, this CM9 port is by far the best! I can deal with the camera issue since I am able to take 1-2 pics without problems - I can deal with that for some ICS


BTW, this is not a gripe, just issues that we all hope will be fixed before next month - when everyone (including myself) abandons ship on the OG Evo....

use google voice on ICS....it works....ol VM app doesnt download vms
