MUST FLASH THE "Firmware" FIRST... BEFORE INSTALL.

First you should flash new firmware package

You must be perm rooted with and Clockwork Recovery installed (i.e. s-off).

MUST copy PG86IMG.zip to the ROOT of you SD.
Power off the phone, press (-) volume key + power key. Entering bootloader will ask you if you want update, press (+) volume key to accept.

Tip: when finished, don´t restart yet. take the SD out (yes, take it out), now accept the restart ... press (-) volume key (and keep pressing) as soon as screen goes off. Will re-enter in bootloader, let him search for files and when ready, insert the SD card (yes, insert it), and enter on recovery. Mount SD as USB, remove the PG86IMG.zip from root.
Copy Virtous v3.0 ROM zip to the SD. Unmount the SD card, now choose to install zip from card. Select the rom and sit back ....

Radio and Root
Apparently some are having issues with radio and call drops, and others are not rooted.

but yes it does seem there's a new ICS Rom base FOR GSM that there is a rom for
