I love the rom the only this is not all my text r being reserved . I asked my gf an she she had most of them but not all the text that I sent her don't know what's going on but is there a way to fix

not sure why, but I'm not getting my gtalk messages until I turn my screen on :banghead::banghead:

Yeah likewise, I assume that the kernel or some other setting shuts off data network while asleep. Battery life should benefit though.

A workaround I might use is to have Voice deliver texts to the stock messaging app.
Sprint Ns4g running whichever ROM I feel like on any given day.
TMO HTC One (stock, duh), waiting on Sprint contract to die

I use gtalk quite a bit and have no problems receiving notifications for it while screen is off..stock kernel

maybe I need to reflash then bkuz I'm just using the last air kernel which I thought was stock

flashed Matr1x 19.5 last night & haven't had any problems getting my gtalk notifications :thumbup:

Awesome.I actually flashed 19.0 yesterday because I was getting reboots and still no problem with notification so good :D

Am I alone in having issues when every time I reboot on Gummy before the UI starts up the "Android is upgrading" notification pops up 'starting applications'? I made sure it was specific to the rom because I did a full wipe and went to stock 4.0.4 without the issue, and it still came up when I did a complete wipe to 1.0.4..

EDIT: Issue seemed to have stemmed from restoring via titanium backup, likely a system app issue.. Wiping and installing without touching it doesn't reproduce the issue, my apologies.
