http://www.samsung.com/us/support/ - Right side of the page towards the bottom you'll find a general live chat link. That's the one I used, no need to register.

DONATE TO ME
Im unable to register. even went to samsung.com/my/ (malaysia)
GT-P6200 UWAXME has a product page. but in registration there is no GT-P6200 model number. It also wants a malaysian national ID number, etc. and my warranty number!, ( I thought s why I was registering..) uggghh. I can call support at -->1800-88-9999 <--exactly how it is typed/displayed on their website and ewarranty card that came with unit. I dont think they're missing a digit there.

Anyways, I dont think we need to register to get the update. I just think registered devices may get the first notifications. It may only be wifi devices as they are not always connected to a network.

I'll get it soon enough, one way or another.

As Gary said earlier, Samsung only said the devices would be eligible - not that they'd get ICS on May 1. The Galaxy SII devices in various carriers are rolling out now, but no ICS so far for the Tab 7.0 Plus.

Both AndroidCentral and MobileSyrup have previously announced releases when there were none for the Galaxy Nexus which got quoted by everyone, when there was either no announcement, or when someone posted a screenshot of a YAKJU device (Canada uses YAKJUUX), and that got repeated all over as truth. So I'm. Not surprised by the lack of updates. Only at the gullibility of online sites that repeat one person's item as gospel.

This situation just outlines the Need for a Nexus Tab. I got my ICS update for the Nexus S a week after launch. GT-P6210 is more current hardware, and this wait is just mind blowing.

Read my response above - the non-YAKJU Galaxy Nexus phones aren't really getting updated promptly either... so the idea of a 'Nexus Tablet' being better at updates is blown out of the water by an existing Nexus example. The only good thing there is the bootloader would be unlocked by default. It's more like Google's catching Samsung Syndrome.

this is way off topic, sorry folks, feel free to message me off line if you don't understand my point. sorry for the distraction.. @Haesslich if you had a Nexus you would understand the difference. go look at the Nexus S Development forum for am example...
