Holo Launcher is a highly customizable launcher replacement based on the stock ICS 4.0.4 Launcher. But you can run it on Android 2.2+

Basic Features:

1. Full ICS Style: ICS Icons, Folders, Outlines, Drawer Tabs, etc.
2. Custom Desktop Pages/Grid: Up to 9 desktop pages and 10 x 10 grid.
3. Custom Drawer Portrait/landscape Grid
4. Scrollable Dock: Up to 7 icons per page and up to 3 pages.
5. Infinite Scrolling
6. Gestures: Swipe up/down on desktop to launch apps quickly.
7. Customizable shortcut/folder icons, support ADW icon pack.
8. Desktop Previews: Pinch to access desktop previews.
9. Backup and Restore: Backup and restore your settings and shortcuts.

The drawer scrolling animation may cause the lag on old phones. I will add an option to disable the animation in future versions.

Great launcher . No lagging. Pl. add gesture support for accessing notification bar in full screen mod .

That would be nice *-*

Hmm.. lags on the Atrix...
But not bad for a beta release. Just hope the scrolling in home screen and app drawer and opening transition to app drawer will be smoother.
