I didn't notice mirror1 in the address. I usually use files.virtuousrom.com but now i just copy-pasted the link. I work with akamai, rsync etc. and i know that it takes some time for the file to go on all servers.

Exclamation No need for wype
Wipes are NOT required for any upgrade to/from any release with the same major version of the ROM; downgrades are a different story. Versioning schema is Major.Minor.Revision.
