Battery needed for phone to turn on?

Senior Member - OP Thanks Meter 15 Posts: 544 Join Date: Jun 2009	Battery needed for phone to turn on? Why does the phone need the battery to turn on when plugged into the charger? I seem to remember one of my earlier HTC phones could do this. Or is my mind playing tricks on me? HTC Flyer \| HTC One X
