Thanks for all of this great info! Ive tried to access the fm radio support installer and get a message telling me I cant access the page. I understand that I cant post to the section, but I just want to download the software or read the info. Is there some others way to do this?

Rooting has nothing to do with whether the Streak is locked or not, therefore there is nothing to add.

What about hang on Dell logo problam while update problam came any one recover this problam ?

i have a dell streak 5 and i used fastboot method to put recovery in it and after that was success i tried to install 2.3 gb with update pkg from recovery, but the phone is stuck on dell logo since 15 min , no luck , locked bootloader, any advice how do i make it turn on ?

Remove battery and try re-recovery image again.

i have a streak 5 dead but with diagnostic .... in device manager
running streakflash and this stop at error d14 i guess with run he failed
what can i do
tried on win 7 and win xp
was on stock android then it was a try to update over wi-fi
first stuck on logo then only buttons light up and now not boot at all
try to put another inner sdcard but same situation
the original inner sd cannot be formated
i have a kingstone class 2 2gb in it now
can i do something or is dead?
