Post [Q] Gmail from android 4.0 on working 2.3

As in title is it possible to make gmail from android 4.0 work on 2.3? I really love new gmail but I want to stay on 2.3 (better battery life, faster, more stable).

First: I'm a girl :P
Second: I don't have ANY programming skills or something like that and I don't have ANY knowledge about it. Only I can do is copy to system files, set permissions but the app shows me that It can't be installed so I want to ask here, maybe someone who have skills or knowledge can aswer me;)

OK, since you have no programming skills then you won't be able to even attempt. I would teach you but I'm too lazy and I have enough on my plate already
I suggest you look at YouTube for tutorials.

If you have any problems feel free to drop me a PM
