A quick search shows from $160 and up for a replacement screen...I would take it to a cell phone/electronic repair shop and have them look at it and verify thats all thats wrong with it before spending that much cash.

Lets say thats all that's wrong with it. Would it be easy to replace it myself

Ahh, that sucks then.

Too bad you can't swing the warranty angle. I did mention the screen would be about 160.... GL on that.

Went to a 1800fixit and they were gonna charge me 275 dollars which is ridcoulous
