please please someone anyone help me!! I attempted to download the firmware update via samsung, my infsue was disconnected,now i have this message on my screen .... "firmware update encountered an issue" i have uninstalled & reinstalled kies mini,vol up & dwn inserting usb cable, held vol up & down button till my fingers bled. lol the state of my infuse.....dead can anyone help me?

Can you put the phone in download mode? Take the battery out, hold down the volume buttons, (keep them down) insert the usb cable, (keep holding volume buttons), put battery back in. Keep holding down the volume buttons, and the phone should go into download mode. You'll see a yellow caution sign with an Android robot holding a shovel.

You can flash from that screen its a kind of download mode, Odin will recognize ur phone.
