As you probably already know, it looks like an issue with JVS since some users are ok and others not, still nobody knows the exact cause but work to try and track it down is being done here:-

Yes, I had to turn off DHCP address reservation and change WPA to WPA2. Now WiFi works ok.

I do like insecure kernels to root and back to original kernel
