Those lines are from cm9 ramdisc latest boot.img from fxp119 relis with working wifi and yes it 2.6.32.9-FXP with capital FXP.

here solution that you can give a shot my stock kernel while i compile stock kernel with diff kernel version

copy folder /system/lib/modules/ from stock rom. place them in /system/lib in M5.
chmod 755 for every folder(s)
and chmod 644 for *.ko

EDIT: damn done repacked M5 kernel but cant upload to mediafire. max storage space reached dont have premium accnt ;(

This doesn't work when i click on turn wifi on button its stuck at turning wifi on....

try full wipe / davilk cache wipe and try sirkay's aokp 1.1 kernel .

After 9hours. Just lost 2percent with nE v2 kernel...

Yes, NightElf Kernel v1 rc2 you will get good battery performance but it's no wifi. I already use it since AOKP 33 (and other rom like : JJ's Hybrid, KA, Spacious). But now i use a latest sirkay kernel, it has good result too.
