but as for as I know, no one that has such a cable has responded.

So until some one has a cable that he or she can test, the answer remains a mystery =)

But maybe there are people here that have friends that work in a pc-shop, who can ask to try?

Guys I am sorry to be the one who ruin your dreams but I have asked to MHL two months ago if it was suported by U8800 and the answer was NO!

MHL supported devices
