I have the Xperia S right now, and will be upgrading to the GX whenever it is available :P In my opinion it is better in every aspect, and it looks kickass. A bigger display without making the phone bigger is a plus too. While I like the transparant bar on the Xperia S, it is a gimmick, and I like the even more minimalistic design of the GX.
By the way, the battery capacity is said to be 1700mAh.
Currently using Sony Ericsson J100i for old time's sake (yes, seriously).

Hayabusa will have 1750 and the Mint will have 1850. They both have different battery capacity. Hayabusa battery will be removable, while the Mint won't be. You guys choose

Well, considering the Xperia S does fine on 1750mAh with a less efficient processor I trust either of them will do for me. So, the GX is the Mint, and we're getting a variant of that for EMEA (and US)? Sounds good, bring it on ASAP

Obviously samsung is the one who flooding the market with their phone .
Sick of those advance , SL , S plus , SII , S advance Ace 2 , ace + . Even their s2 have G and non G . And the hayabusa have better spec than sIII and better looking .
The same phones from Samsung with subtle differences for different markets.
Remind me how many phones Sony Ericsson released last year.
Arc, play, arc s, neo, pro, mini, mini pro, ray, active and that's not to mention the variants of the neo.
It's just 5 months into the year and we're already on 6.
Nobody can doubt in any way what the flagship from Samsung is this year but already barely 3 months after launch, we're already taking about 2 possibly 3 new flagship devices. Makes no sense to me.
