if i took pics without telling them to go to my memory card and without flashing the fix, is there any way to to get them??

i got rear ended this morning and took pictures of the damage, the other guys insurance info and his licence and totally forgot that the pics do not save to emmc. i just flashed the rom about 10 hours ago.

i havent restarted the phone yet but i cant find it on the dcim directory or on the flash card. am i out of luck? i have his licence plate and phone number so i should be okay. but i would really like to find those pics.

any help is appreciated
