I've still got a bit of school left and the I was waiting for the theme manager (since it'd be easier and everyone would get to use it. I know it's a bad excuse, but believe me it's coming. sorry for the delay is all i can say.)

The frameworks are different but the theme choosers are the same. If you base from theme chooser it is the same.

So basically it just modifies the same exact things (regardless of the framework). Like if there are images for the AOKP's style of toggles, then it won't affect the CM9 theme but will be there for AOKP correct?
