Have you installed the usb drivers? In your command window type "fastboot devices" if your phone is connected properly it will show a string of characters which correspond to your device. Then you can use the command "fastboot flash boot boot.img"

but I got the kernel installed... I have the problem when I used "fastboot -i 0xfce reboot"

the device rebotted but when I held the volume down button nothing happen.... my device now is just showing dark screen and I cant turn it back on or off.. or anyhthing!!! PLEASE HELP!

I tried the fastboot devices and nothing showed up!!!

); IM CRYING!!!!

Please tell me I didnt brick my phone!!!!!!!!!!!

You can try to take out the battery, turn it on and repeatedly press the volume down button, make sure you don't hold it down.
