take the device to bootloader mode by the way while holding the camera button on the right side, press the power button. The phone will go into a mode "bootloader" and you'll see tricolor bootscreen. then connect usb to pc and reflash with stock rom ftp://ftp.xda-developers.com/Uploads...Updates/Dopod/
press "thanks button" if the post is useful for you

Before re-flashing, a hard-reset will have the same effect. It removes any installed SW (but also all your personal data).

- Press left+right softkey and keep holding them
- switch on and keep above keys pressed
- wait until query appears (a few seconds)
- confirm (usually the green key)

Then you get a clean device as out of the box, however all contacts and data are lost.

Before doing such drastic thing, could you describe what happens exactly if you say "can't switch on"?!
Android: Samsung S4 mini (4.4.2. towelroot-ed, KNOX intact), Galaxy Tab 2 7" (GT-P3110 8GB, JB 4.1.2 rooted - KK Blackhawk Next kernel), Xperia Ray 4.0.4 (rooted, CTCaer v2.8 kernel)
Windows Mobile: Tornado <- LG KS20 <- Benq E72 <- Hurricane <- Amadeus
Legacy: Siemens ME45 <- S35i
