By changing to your language (Settings --> Language&Keyboard --> Select Locale)
all the menus change to your language except phone.apk and the 2 extra settings in Settings --> Display , "Screen display" and "Statusbar Settings".

Here is the new market .apk:

and in which way phone.apk is modified, cos you say that it will stay in English, right? any screens?

port touch key light duration should to change services.jar and Settings.apk
