This time I did a TB app restore and deselected all the 4.0.4 apps.

That was the problem (above). This time I didn't restore any of the app data (annoying), but now everything works. So far so good.

I'm monitoring this ROM using CPUSpy -- I've noticed that it never enters "Deep Sleep". Anyone else notice this? Anyone know why?

No issues here with "deep sleep",you realy should monitor your sys,might be an app or your kernel issue,or, maybe you shoul try just rebooting the device,it might solve your "problem".

if anyone comes across this, emmc = external sd card is mounted as sdcard \ external_sd folder. in file managers, not root/mnt dir, which i believe maybe just asop roms.

Thanks man, I pulled the battery and restarted the phone -- this indeed fixed my deep sleep 'problem'. So far I'm loving WanamROM. I used to have Wanam last year back on GB and really liked his work.

happy found the best rom that suit my needs, smooth and with good battery life.

been using this ROM for a few days + with speedmod kernel and i was amazed.

Question, can i use this with NEAK latest kernel 2.0.4 i think? I'm using 11.3 right now. But when i flashed NEAK and rebooted it and nothing happens. Just black screen. what could be the problem? or is it not compatible with 11.3?

Exactly. If u can get a full day with 4-6 hours screen on time then there's nothing wrong with that. There's no such magical settings. We own a smartphone.... USE IT !

Not sure why the mods keep deleting post exposing him as a fraud..he's violating forum rule 14 and 15!

All I can say is that everyone use their phone differently. I have 3 activesync account setup and lots of other things syncing in the background..so I know what to expect from my usage.
Wanam have done a good job with tweaking this rom for good battery life out of the box! So props to him and keep up the good work!
Tweaking it according to your usage pattern will help improve things a bit more..and always check with betterbatterystats to find wake lock.watchdog is good in tracking down rogue apps that consume heaps of cpu when screen is off.
I think that's the only thing ppl should be concern about..
