I will have another GPS kernel test soon if this doesn't work, I just noticed something in the SZ/Devil kernel, that we don't have related to GPS. Stay tuned!

so if there's not 911 issues can we get the links back up on the front page please

RavingRabbits test GPS kernel!
RavingRabbits.zip

The results I'm looking for is whether GPS survives deep sleep with this kernel (like subZero does). Please only report if you've had trouble with GPS surviving deep sleep on stock kernel before, and flashing subZero fixed it. Please note whether you're using RavingRabbits, or GPS-kernel-2012-05-10 in your results.

See if it survives deep sleep.

GPS lock after reboot - Yes.
GPS after reboot/DS - No.
Deepsleep after GPS lock - No.

For those of you that helped me with ics on my vibrant, thank you. Even with the given problems, it worked when I needed it most. I am finally retiring the phone and updated to another phone.

Sounds promising, but no voodoo sound on stock kernel, right?
DSP manager option is NOT the same as compatible voodoo module driver. Big difference in sound quality.
