I know its weird... I'll have 3-4 bars 3g and it takes literally at least five minutes to download a 3 meg app from them market....

Yup full bars and still barely 300kbps. I've been having my coworker tether his Verizon lte wirelessly at work to me if I wanna DL ****. Its sad. My contracts up in a few months. Think I'll wait for the next nexus and go ham unlocked and stay contractless. TMobile or somethin

It's strange because I haven't had any lost connection type issues. While the
phone was 'briefly' on it's stock software, I had full signal, and after the update
the signal is low, even my WIFI signal is low in the house. I can't comment on
my data speeds because the data speeds here are horrible regardless.
I average 100kbps at any time unless it's after 1:30am.

I'll probably reflash the FD02 radios manually, see if something somehow got
screwed in the process. My luck I got a defective phone or something..

Same sporadic data speed performance for me too. It will be slow on wifi or 3G using stock or cm9 rooms. I applied the FC12 to FD02 zip via cwm while using a rooted cm9 rom.

Sometimes if I toggle the phone to airplane mode I get a temporary fix.

Default Radios

Well, the radios work beautifully. Had no problems reflashing FD02 and reverting back to FC12. I got off the phone with a sprint rep, who I am assuming knows more than she would say. She confirmed that there's no tower problems in my area and that the phone should be receiving a better signal. I expected to be told to factory reset, or at least pull the battery out for a bit, but instead she advised me to return the phone for a new unit.

I returned the phone to stock, reflashed the FC12 radios, relocked my bootloader, then let it grab it's OTA updates. Hopefully tomorrow the store has a replacement unit that actually works.

Tks so much for these radios! I seem to get better reception with the FD01 than FD02..

Let us know how the replacement works out for you please, I'm interested to see if there's anything wrong.
