Hi. When ever I call someone, they would say: 'the process android.com.phone has stopped working' but, it still continues to call. I also cannot receive phone calls.

Guys, latest update on my X8 running CM9- 3.0.1
Battery is magnificant now, not sure why but later i will post my settings for u to follow. I full wiped and changed some settings.
(No extra mods needed, just settings tweak)
Battery Max. = 3 days+ with 20% left (95% standby mode/idle)

I really hope you'll do it. I returned to my previous ROM, due to much lags of CM9 in opening basic apps, such as phone dialer, contacts, messaging, continuous home redraw (in adw launcher so and so but with trebuchet or Apex was really impossible to do anything), sometimes phone reboot (with red led on), often laggy in wake up the phone, clicking two, three times home button on a dark screen. I'd like run this ROM and I'm ready to reinstall it but not with this performance.
I really don't know what is wrong in my config.

no 3rd part mod, cpu 122-748, smartassv2, tested compressed memory and not (zRam? I don't remember now, better on or off? I don't know), no swap partition.

Please tell me something really working.
