You can view the contents of the file and extract it using WINRAR

I Download 5 rom files when i format card using fat in this condition its showning after tri screen looding then no image found and return to tri screen . and when i format card using fat32 its showing loading then chacking then not allow then return to tri screen whats happen bro tell me thanks.

hear is video bro i format mmc with fat32 and fat (same result in both) then put rom file in root dir with change name as you given in this video after tri colour say loding then no image fond then return to tri colout screen back

Loading then not allow means that ROM is for other country.
Also means that you don't have Hard SPL.

You can recover only with ROM for what country ID have your device.
