The only difference in GB is that the message does not show, but in fact it does stop charging (in my case at least).

I got this same message tonight. Shut the phone down, unplugged from charger, popped the battery out for a minute, put it back together, started it up, and plugged the charger back in.

Hasn't given me the message since.

Mine does this on ics only when on my car charger and I cut the ignition off. I just unplug it and then plug it back up and it goes away. It doesn't do it on gb so I'd say it's a little bug in ics. It also will go to full charge when it's clearly not fully charged only on the car charger and only on ics. Again, only when I turn the ignition off . If I unplug it then re-plug it goes back to normal.

Mines still doing it. cant odin back to stock because my computer doesnt recognize it. may just go ahead and use rogue recovery to go back to GB. May brick it, may not. Either way omething has to give. been like this for weeks and none of the fixes worked for me. I wonder if the OTA ICS will have this bug in it.
