my o2 xda exec dead after a failure rom update please help me i love this exec

i cant go to boot loader any more its looks like compleetly dead

when i press holding power and back light then reset a red light come and go no charging indication

is tee any moe short keys to enter the boot loader apart from this power and back light then reset . or any tools please help me out
