I've lost my favourite alarm sound after upgrading to ICS.

Hi folks, so I've got an arc (LT15i) and I've upgraded to 4.0.3 using flashtool.

I am totally happy with everything except I have lost my favourite alarm sound. I can't remember the name of it but I have to get it back.

Is there a place where all the alarm sounds are kept, I could listen to them all (I don't remember there being that many) and then grab it.

If that doesn't work, is there a way I can back up the current state of my arc, reflash 2.3, then restore my ICS backup image. I obviously don't want to go through this whole process again because even with Titanium it was quite a lengthy process.
