just try , opera and it doesn't work, then i do also with IE same, result, then another attempt with safari, i can go till the step 4, then when i click on the step 5 , the new page doesn't want to load, ,just blank page, ( i really want to unlock the boot, so far) dunno what to do now.
with IE i can log with my use and pass, but when i click all other model, then yes and continue, the page come back as the original one, username and password????????????

I had the same experience a couple of hours ago, firefox made it possible for me, just refresh or back several times if page doesn't load and it will eventually go through. Goodluck!

just try again, doing refresh, back, so many time, and still doesn't work, i have try on a different comp, 3 and same result, can't going through, ?? any advice?? i disable, firewall, anti virus,and nothing. thanks for your help ,cheers

The problem is htcdev not your firewall etc. There are other users experiencing the same thing. I managed to get to last part (where you paste oem token) and submitted. It says code length invalid (wtf HTC??

I am currently using LG P990(rooted) but I can easily unroot my device using "SMART_FLASH_TOOL".
I am planning to purchase HTC One X next week.
Is there any such thing for HTC One X by which I can unroot my phone and come back to stock with no footprints of rooting ????
