I haven't seen a single transparent ICS dialer yet. I searched. As for tablet ui, I have been trying to figure it out to no avail. I contacted the creator with no response. I will keep trying as I have time.

Here are a few I thought looked good with the contrasting colors.

Install directions are the same as in the OP. I personally like the copy/paste option better as it saves more time. When flashing, ignore the updater script as it says MIUI...... Mine wouldn't work correctly (sorry Kbizzle, my thank you screen to you won't be showing..., it is just the default one that comes with multiaoktool.
