KP wrote somewhere on first pages that it's CWG kernel bug
also he wrote that it's possibly his last rom, so maybe you need to think about migrating to other ROM

The taking pics while recording works well in xxlm8 rom. Can try it out.

I'll look into it, but right now I prefer testing CM9 feedbacking Arco, since I have a new project on hands and can't mod at all.

Ok.. Looking forward to a fully working and stable CM9 for our phone..
