ok no eyxnos then snapdragon the ui will have a touch of sense blink of touchwiz and base of pure Google experience its supposed to be a high end device !!

Lol you would never get permission from HTC or Samsung to use sense or touchwiz, also anything other than a AOSP phone would be a very bad choice......

Yup AOSP would have to be the case. And then a place to get the Google apps as they would not be allowed to be included.

That should be the last priority. The first priorities should be actual design of the hardware, sourcing for components (these two should probably happen at the same time), porting AOSP to the new phone, and finding a manufacturer. There will be plenty in China happy to do it, but finding one that won't steal your design will be hard. Probably the only one I can think that is good is Foxconn.

Once all these is sorted out then you can talk about a new UI.
