Seidio Surface

I have been using the Seidio cases for my Nexus One and Galaxy Nexus and now for the I9100. The case does not add to much bulk and the protection is decent. Full coverage with recesses for the camera and the screen. I was able to use a screen protector with the case without any problems.

The case is compatible with I9100 and AT&T I777 but will not accommodate the 2000 OEM extended battery (Seidio does not offer a case).

Overall, I am very satisfied, especially with the compatible holster.

I actually went out and bought this flip case ($2.88) and have used it for several weeks now. I must say, I kind of like it.

When that is said, I also bought the OtterBox Commuter, and I am sure I will use that whenever I take the time to apply the screen protector first... The only complaint I have with the OtterBox Commuter is that it is very smooth and slick on the sides and back, which makes it easy to slide in my hand, especially if you have very dry hands. I am looking into applying a rough-sided tape or something on the sides and on the back which makes it get a nicer rougher grip on it!

Anyone else feel the same way as I do, with the OtterBox? Anyone who have done anything about it?

I got a similar case, instead of the flip magnetic lock, I have a magnetic strip so I don't have the hanging bit at the top.

To be honest it keeps the phone away and clean but it is far too thick and it is quite difficult to use the phone in landscape mode.

I have used the mesh cases and the rubber gel cases and I still prefer the phone without a case.
