Unfortunately, I experience more sluggishness and worse performance with this kernel than FXP's. And now my apps that are in the background keep getting killed like it has some sort of memory management thing like the Supercharger which is very annoying.

I'm not sure if it's just me tho.

I think it is probably because of the kernel change implemented by FXP on the 119th release. While your kernel worked really well on 117, I have tried it on one day on 119 and it seemed that they don't like each other that well :/

Really wish the 15th of May would come faster so you can come back to developing :)

fxp has not committed any new changes.

I'll pm him and ask him if possible to update his sources :p

That's what I'm wondering too but it happens after flashing this kernel. I wonder what causes this problem. I should check back init.d scripts. Maybe there are one that was enabled accidentally. It's really annoying.

Oh by the way, performance is now better with 998 max, 128 min, interactive and noop. Sio gives me lots of lag.

I'll start my kernel work from scratch again

there will be separate kernels for locked and unlocled and also new kernels for cm9

for now I'm asking colossus to get this thread closed.

I'll setup my build machine after tomorrow, and we'll have proper thread later when i make my releases.

also some of my latest kernels have some glitches which need ironing.out., so I'll make a fresh fork of sources and start from beginning :)

regards

champ

    Hi Guys!!

So here are my collection of Kernels (i have not compiled zImage

kindly note that for fs and full oc version of doomkernel (with
doomkernel bootsplash) please wait for doom to update v6 kernel on his
    own thread :)

for 5 and 5, take doomkernel v6-fulloc wifi modules from doomkernel thread

for 3 and 4, if you are on latest fxp, then wifi modules not needed
    (already in your rom)
