Nope, I don't use either of those things. I have a non-rooted, Verizon Galaxy Nexus & I use Apex Launcher. I can't imagine what the issue is. :/ I guess I'll have to see if I downloaded anything around the time it stopped working...

This is because hack_er4 named files with inconsistency.
Here is the solution.

If you take a look at your phone under the "ultimateclockwidget" folder, you would find the folder, "m60". Change the folder name to "m10" (in m60.uccw file, hack_er4 actually used the name 'm10' in the commanding lines). Now everything would be fine.
If you want, you can also change the m60.uccw to m10.uccw.
