I'm sorry if this has been asked already, but is there a list anywhere which says what radio is best for the different areas of the world? Do they vary for the network you're on too? I'm wanting the best one I can for Northern England, on h3g.

I live in Rochdale, near Manchester. I'm on three also. I will test a few tomorrow and see if I can help you out a bit.

No such list as far as I know either; not sure how helpful it might be given the variations between phones and radios and individual cell towers.

Cheers, I'm only an hour away from you, so I reckon we'd need the same. Thanks mate, wish I had the time to test them all myself, but two kids put a stop to that.
All I know is I'm currently using the one supplied with the 3.32 firmware, HTC-RIL 4.0.0013HMQ?
Steve0007 released what I'm guessing is the leaked official ics update for the Sensation 4G users. New radio & new ril for us US users!!
Not necessarily a new radio/RIL, but I am downloading the RUU right now from Steve and will check it out. He did not mention it in his thread and he is generally very good about such things.
Edit: Well, trying to download it but the servers are obviously pretty hammered.
Edit2: Still downloading but initial reports from Steve0007's thread are that it is using the 11.69A radio which we already have.

Well by reading the RUU Title, it's says it uses the same radio as "3.32.709.108 RUU" (11.69A.3504.00_11.23.3504.07_M2).
If they use the same radio, more than likely it would be the same RIL (HTC-RIL 4.0.0017HMQ)??
