No one knows, but i think, that it should be available in next few months, 'cause more then 7 months passed since then.

Actualy galaxy5 already have official CyanogenMod.
This does not mean that everyone from CyanogenMod team is developing it. Only psyke83 does that.
This also mean that you can only download CM source and compile galaxy5 rom from it without downloading specific device config for it.
And it means it is 100% stable.
