The only way to have root in .62 firmware is via ota update from 42. Did u do any changes while in .42? If so install .42 again, root and then update ota to .62, then make any change u want (remove bloatware etc).

Lemme try that. And yes. I removed the bloatware before updating to .62. Guess thats the prob. Flashing now.

Which firmware have you flashed? You have to use ONLY the generic firmware, otherwise u wont be able to upload. Check it and try again.

Hi...
After I updated my Arc S to stock ICS, my baseband was updated to version 8x55A-AAABQOAZM-203028G-70.
As I've seen on other user's posts, this baseband has network issues and I get several droped calls.
My ARC S is not BL unlocked. I believe it's possible to flash with flashtools older basebands. If so, can anyone link me which one are there available as I can't seem to find them?
