I fixed with this...http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1517181

ICS V2 bootloader users , please flash ICS kernel for ICS bootloader users yourself after installation of the rom.
ICS bootloader usersICSbootloader_users-RF1-GPS-TWEAK-1.033.00
If the auto detection didn't work for any reason and you are still getting SoD(sleep of death) problems please flash only this boot.img right after you installed the rom( only this because it is for 1.031.00/1.033.00 rom older ICS boot.img will break camera)

Thanks civato !

Thx, I have alrady tried this. I am on 2.6.39.4+ and bootloader_ver=0.03.14-UNL. And to be sure I checked /sys/module/wakelock/parameters/debug_mask set to 0. Without effect.

In my case I am using the App "Wake Lock" to leave CPU on in standby combined with "CPU Tuner" to decrease power consumtion in display off mode (reduces frequency, stop wifi, etc.). So battery drain is about 1.3% an hour in display off mode.

Thx to all!
