Default is it possible to enable SimpleMobile/ T-Mobile 3G/4G HSPA+ on your AT&T

hi everyone , is it possible to enable SimpleMobile/ T-Mobile 3G/4G HSPA+ on your AT&T phone like ours (captivate glide) .for example flash a t-mobile modem(radio) on this phone
I came across this site and he did it for Samsung Note

I read this I think all it means is you can buy this unlocked but you won't get t mobiles 4g but if you do this you can so I doubt there is anything for the glide someone correct me if I'm wrong
[Edit] it may be possible considering they are both Samsung but you will need an unlocked glide

Not yet, Tmo 4g is currently on a different frequency the radio in the i927 doesn't use, but rumor has it they're going to utilize 800mhz (current 2g spectrum) for 4g by the end of the year since their 2g is way under utilized at the moment...

yeah im talking about after the fact of unlocking
