Video Camera fix is not working completely. I installed Beta_0.8patch.zip and Test
2.zip so video camera does recording now but its very laggy and when you play it back the pixels are choppy. Am I missing something? What is VideoStand.zp for? I think lot if confusion is happening here we all need clear instructions what zip is for what fix.
As far as this YouTube discussion YouTube always worked on this ROM out of the box?

No they do not work with a3. I have used shakys kernel with it no significant improvement.

As mention, playback of video camera on phone is choppy but playback on a PC seems fine for me.

Recording works fine its just playback on the phone thats laggy. The videostand.zip was a "worse" videopatch.

We got exact same version as you and about 50%is experience youtube probelems on a3. Anyway the videorecording fix is fixing youtube for eveeyone but stops native videoplayback.

The kernel is for me a bit smoother witj the newest adreno. Also gives about 5-10% more score on different test. However its based on tiamat kerel ao it uses a bit much battery. Shaky have improved it morr since he posted this one
He said he would upload the patch later so drewis can have look himself.

What is difference between Beta_0.8patch.zip and Test2.zip ?
Which one is for what purpose ? which one of both really fixes the camera ?

Okey here is the list.

To get working video:
Flash the file i've listed loads of mirrors to here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...postcount=3727
*THIS WILL BREAK STOCK VIDEO PLAYBACK
workaround is to install mxplayer

To get the newest hwa:
Flash this kernel *THIS WILL BREAK WIFI
http://www.2shared.com/file/mbWEeD6q...kernel_N1.html
then flash these libs:

Ye it's laggy, but only when you watch on the phone and while you're recording. If you transfer it to the pc it hould be good
