I think you can use the gapps from cm.flash it using cwm.

hey, I flashed my ray from .62 to .42. now can I root my phone with doomlordv4 kit? and my doubt is will it damage my DRM codes?

You will only damage your drm through unlocking your bootloader using the official way with imei number, flashing or rooting will not affect it in any way.
